To analyse the aggregation efficiency of oily fine particles during production in industrial workshops, and to explore the influencing factors in the aggregation process, this paper establishes an experimental bench for the aggregation and growth of oily fine particles under the combined action of acoustic waves and water vapor. The experimental results show that within the temperature range of 10 ℃ to 20 ℃ in the condensation chamber, the aggregation and removal efficiency of oily fine particles gradually increases as the temperature decreases. Within the experimental scope, acoustic waves with lower intensity are more conducive to the aggregation of smaller-sized oily fine particles, and the aggregation effect of smaller particles under acoustic aggregation is superior to that of larger particles.
